Symptom checklist

Pelvic symptoms checklist

Use these questions to note pelvic symptoms you would like to discuss with a clinician. They do not calculate your risk or diagnose the cause. Pelvic pain has several possible causes and deserves assessment even if you have no other symptoms.

Using your notes

Review your answers and bring any concerns to your clinician. The summary is a record of what you selected, not an interpretation of the cause or severity. Few symptoms, or no selected symptoms, do not rule out a problem.

When to seek care sooner

Ongoing pelvic pain deserves clinical assessment, even if you have no other symptoms. Sudden severe pelvic pain, fever or heavy bleeding needs urgent care.
